Cashew-Hemp Protein Ingredients
  • 2 Tbs whole raw cashews
  • 1 Tbs Hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbs whole flaxseed
  • 1 Tbs oatmeal
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

The NutriBullet milling blade assembly produces a fine powder. Use the extractor blade assembly for slightly coarser powder. Blend all ingredients together for half a minute and then pulse a few times before resuming blend mode until powder reaches the desired consistency. Don’t blend too long or it will clump.
