Cashew-Hemp Protein Powder

NUTRITION One advantage of making our own protein powders is that we are not limited to the same blend. Are you ready for another custom protein powder base for your smoothies? Cashew-Hemp Protein Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs whole raw cashews
  • 1 Tbs Hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbs whole flaxseed
  • 1 Tbs oatmeal
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • You can use the NutriBullet milling blade assembly for fine powder or the extractor blade assembly for slightly coarser powder. Combine all ingredients together for half a minute and then pulse a few times before resuming the blend until it reaches the desired consistency. Don’t blend too long or it will clump. Now it’s ready to add to your favorite smoothie. Makes one serving. You can use this protein powder as the basis for many smoothies.
