Adjunct to ClinicalNovellas Scholar Membership
As part of the licensing agreement, YOUR INSTITUTION will provide a digital copy of the final non-commercial video ClinicalNovellas adaptation to ClinicalPosters, which reserves the right to use the video for promotional purposes on its website and social media platforms, giving full credit to the school and its students. By licensing a story, the school agrees to these terms unless otherwise specified in writing before the video’s release.
Non-Commercial Use License: The licensed story may be used to produce non-commercial video content for educational purposes only. Public sharing is permitted on school-affiliated platforms, students' demo reels, or social media, provided that:
- Proper attribution to ClinicalNovellas is included (e.g., “Story by ClinicalNovellas” with a link to the source).
- The video is not monetized or used for financial gain.
- A copy of the video is shared with ClinicalNovellas for potential use on its platforms.
Public Sharing Authorization: Prior authorization is required before sharing any non-commercial video content publicly (including, but not limited to, social media, student portfolios, and school channels). This prevents conflicts with other ongoing commercial projects. ClinicalNovellas reserves the right to withhold approval or request modifications to ensure alignment with any concurrent productions or exclusive rights agreements.
Tiered structure for different lengths and types of stories:
- Flash Fiction (up to 1,500 words)
- Short Story (1,600–5,500 words)
- Miniseries (6,000-9,500 words)
- Novella (10,000+ words)
Membership Terms
We value our members and strive to offer premium content in a secure environment. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms:
- Access is non-transferable and limited to personal use.
- Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of content is prohibited.
- Violations of these terms may result in revoked access without a refund.
Revocation Policy
We reserve the right to revoke access for members who:
- Share or distribute content without authorization.
- Attempt to bypass access controls.
- Use memberships for purposes that violate our terms (e.g., commercial use without permission).
