What if product arrives damaged?
We provide some of the best packing in the industry. But occasionally packages suffer extreme abuse. Photograph the shipping container with the label as well as the contents. Contact us as soon as possible so we can initiate a carrier claim.
Will out-of-stock items return?
It depends on the item. Frames can take two weeks to manufacture. Wolters Kluwer (WK) is migrating away from grommetless 20x26 posters. So these can take months to replenish, if at all. We can special-order WK posters with grommets within 5 days and typically restock SPL 22x28 posters within 14 days.
Can I buy poster artwork?
Poster artwork copyrights prevent downloading images in most cases. A limited number of government-funded or public domain posters are available for download.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, and most other countries. At this time we do not ship to areas under embargo, neither to countries within the European Union.
Can I get deferred billing?
