Cherry-Pineapple-Hemp Protein Smoothie Ingredients

  • Cashew-Hemp Protein
  • ¼ cup cherries (frozen)
  • ½ cup pineapple (frozen)
  • 1 cored apple
  • ¼ banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup± Silk cashew milk (or coconut water)
  • All of my fruit was frozen. In some cases I purchase and taste fresh organic before chopping and freezing. In other cases I buy already frozen. This requires more liquid.
