3.2. Shipping errors will be corrected through methods determined by ClinicalPosters.com and its suppliers. Payment for return shipping may be required. Notify ClinicalPosters.com within 10 days of any discrepancies between original order and shipment. If properly used hardware fails to perform its intended purpose within 30 days, it may be returned for replacement. See return policy.

3.3. Product availability: It is the desire of ClinicalPosters.com to help everyone receive product in pristine condition. Posters in small quantity are generally shipped in carrier-approved packages for USPS or FedEx. FedEx shipping costs a little more but includes $100 of insurance. Posters are made of paper and cartons are made of corrugated board. Hence, contents can be damaged if cartons are crushed by larger freight containers, liquid seeping from other packages, or inclement weather.

3.4. Often, an additional insurance fee is equal to or greater than the profit on a product. By default, our store offers indemnification for a nominal fee with USPS shipments. If the package is damaged in transit, ClinicalPosters handles the necessary paperwork while a replacement order is shipped out. The carrier reimburses the shipper.

3.5. When customers elect to have ClinicalPosters.com ship a package, it is insured for full value so we file a claim in the customer’s behalf. Customer who elect to have shipping billed to their account are responsible for filing carrier claims. In doing so, they pay us ClinicalPosters.com for replacements since they are being reimbursed. Though the majority of packages arrive in tact, on a few occasions when there are issues. Customer Service endeavors to work out an amicable arrangement in adverse circumstances. For peace of mind and quick response to claims, insured shipping is strongly recommended.

4. Mature Content

4.1. Most content on this site, including photos and anatomical descriptions, is for medical professionals and mature adults. Parents, legal guardians, or teachers are responsible for ordering or supervising purchases or downloads of products labeled for "kids" or "children." System administrators should take appropriate measures to prevent inappropriate content from being accessible to minors. Pages with images or descriptions that may be inappropriate for children are labeled "viewer discretion" and also include a (visible or hidden) "mature" keyword. 6. Typographical Errors

In the event that a ClinicalPosters.com product or that of a third party is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, ClinicalPosters.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price or issue an invoice for acceptance and payment by you (the customer). ClinicalPosters.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ClinicalPosters.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

8.4. Dwolla applications by third-party developers are not directly supported by Dwolla Corp. who makes no claims about them.

9. Miscellaneous

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N.
