Green Energy Detox Smoothie

NUTRITION Our bodies eventually build up toxins that need to be eliminated. The result of this accumulation of toxins in our body tissues is chronic and degenerative diseases. Included are immune system disorders, neurological disorders, digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, cardiovascular diseases, cancers, obesity, and more. Today, I am adding my homemade protein powder to a feel-good smoothie recipe provided by the Skinny Mom Team.

Green Energy Detox Smoothie Ingredients

  • Easy Peasy Protein
  • 1 banana, (frozen preferred)
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 handfuls kale*
  • ½ Tbsp all-natural, organic peanut butter
  • ½ red or green apple, chopped
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup ice (if not using frozen banana)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Instructions
