3.1. This site is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, ClinicalPosters.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 3.2. Shipping errors will be corrected through methods determined by ClinicalPosters.com and its suppliers. Payment for return shipping may be required. Notify ClinicalPosters.com within 10 days of any discrepancies between original order and shipment. If properly used hardware fails to perform its intended purpose within 30 days, it may be returned for replacement. See return policy.
3.3. Product availability: It is the desire of ClinicalPosters.com to help everyone receive product in pristine condition. Posters in small quantity are generally shipped in carrier-authorized packages from USPS, FedEx or UPS. FedEx and UPS are a bit higher but they include $100 of insurance and more rigid containers. Posters are made of paper and cartons are made of corrugated board. Hence, contents can be damaged if cartons are crushed by larger freight containers or liquid seeping from other packages.
3.4. Often, an additional insurance fee is equal to or greater than the profit on a product. By default, our store offers indemnification for a nominal fee with USPS shipments. If the package is damaged in transit, ClinicalPosters handles the necessary paperwork while a replacement order is shipped out. The carrier reimburses the shipper.
3.5. Customers that deselect insurance offered may rely on individual credit card policies. Though the majority of packages arrive in tact, on the few occasions when there are issues, it is when shoppers the insurance option or not selected. Customer Service endeavors to work out an amicable arrangement in adverse circumstances. Though not obligated to do so, profit from initial order in some cases might be applied towards the replacement. For peace of mind and quick response to claims, insured shipping is strongly recommended.
4. Mature Content
Most content on this site, including photos and anatomical descriptions, is for medical professionals and mature adults. Parents, legal guardians, or teachers are responsible for ordering or supervising purchases or downloads of products labeled for "kids" or "children." System administrators should take appropriate measures to prevent inappropriate content from being accessible to minors. Pages with images or descriptions that may be inappropriate for children are labeled "viewer discretion" and also include a (visible or hidden) "mature" keyword. The site search includes options to filter out results that include either expression by including the word "NOT" in all caps. (i.e., head NOT mature).

5.1. ClinicalPosters.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if ClinicalPosters.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 12. Guest Blogger Article Submission, Acceptance, Edits
12.1 Sources and Topics. Health news annotated research from various online media sources. Submissions from third-party authors may be considered with or without prior invitation. Acceptance, by editor discretion, depends upon whether content is appropriate for the ClinicalPosters.com site genre and audience. Articles that discuss clinical trials and/or any of the topics covered by available anatomical posters are most favorable, as one of the posters is generally provided to illustrate the content. Consumer healthcare issues are fine but the intended readers are medical professionals so somewhat technical language is allowable. Applicable trademarks may be so noted within the article or footnotes. Any quotations or medical assertions within submitted articles should be referenced. ClinicalPosters.com ranks within the top three organic results of every major search engine when the term "" is entered. Articles can leverage this by discussing content applicable related to clinical posters. For example, someone might type in "dermatology clinical posters." More than half the site visitors locate articles in this manner.
12.2 Length and Credits. Single-page articles of 200-1000 words can be published with minimal editing. Much longer articles may require copy reduction in the form of a synopsis. This is done to hold the attention of the reader by consolidating salient points to a single page. (External link to full text may be provided.) If original author/company provides the synopsis or article of appropriate length, branded identification in the form of a logo or photo with short bio and link may be offered as a promoted blog submission for the one-time fee of $49. If a ClinicalPosters.com staff writer creates the synopsis for the viewing audience, editing will be performed as deemed appropriate without requiring approval from original author. The byline will simply state: "synopsis ." Full credit is given in a reference below the article.
12.3 Formats and Usage. Submission can be in the form of a Word document or plain text. Either way, ClinicalPosters.com formats the HTML; in doing so, appropriate hypertext links may be added to related products on the ClinicalPosters.com site and to the original article if published elsewhere. Accepting and publishing content does not obligate ClinicalPosters.com to provide compensation or guarantee any measured response. Non-exclusive publication does not represent an endorsement for any products, services or procedures mentioned therein; a standard disclaimer stating such may be included in the sidebar. The original author retains copyright, granting permission to publish at ClinicalPosters.com with manually or automatically generated links to/from social networking sites like Twitter, Pinterest or similar promotional vehicles deemed appropriate by ClinicalPosters.com for maximum exposure. Reciprocal linking from submitter's site, blog or social media account may improve search engine ranking.
13. Third-Party Links
In an attempt to provide increased value to visitors, ClinicalPosters.com may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with ClinicalPosters.com, ClinicalPosters.com in most cases has no control over linked sites, all of which may have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of ClinicalPosters.com. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, ClinicalPosters.com seeks to protect the integrity of its website and the links placed upon it, therefore requests feedback relating to this site and sites it links to as well (including notification of a link does not work).

A calendar of upcoming clinical poster events is also maintained; interested parties can submit new events using the contact form. Reciprocal links are appreciated from any of the listed parties. To maintain established decorum of the site, links to sites featuring potentially harmful products, pop-up ads or tout unsubstantiated health claims are generally rejected; this includes, but is not limited to, online pharmacies and other inappropriate advertisements.
